Is Masto.id secure?

Yes. All sensitive information exchanged between your phone and our application is encrypted using SSL. This ensures that your information is transmitted securely and safe from unrelated third parties.



How does it work?

You can order our theraphist ormerchants for any of our services through our mobile application. Just plug in your address point and know the price before you order. To make it easier, you can even use "Use my location" to tell us where you are. Afterwards, our location based technology will find theraphistor merchants near your pick up point. When the therapist or merchant has been confirmed, you can see their status and have the ability to sms or call them.



How does the make appointment order work?

Make appointments within 2 days for theraphist, and tentative appointments with our merchant (at least one day before).



What do Masto massage offer?

We're revolutionising the world of on-demand massage therapy in homes and offices across Jakarta, giving our customers the opportunity to conviniently book their favorite services online. Our therapists and merchants are handpicked to ensure we offer customers a best-in-class service.The beauty of being a Masto theraphist is that you can dictate the days and hours you work; you're your own boss!



Is Masto massage in my city?

Masto is expanding to big city at Indonesia. First we will expand in Jabodetabek; next would be Bali, Surabaya, Yogyakarta, and Medan.



Do I have to work set hours?

You can choose to work the hours that fit around your existing schedule. All that we ask is that you provide at least 15 hours per week.



Do I need a smartphone?

Our app for therapists runs on most iPhones and Android phones.



How about the price of the service?

Prices included of TAX and TRANSPORTATION costs up to 8km.



What about my security?

We require all customers to register a valid Credit/Debit card and operate a sophisticated ID checking and blacklist system that is the best in the industry. We also have a dedicated customer service team that you can call at any time during the working day.

How do I pay my order?

Make the payment securely using credit card or other our payment gateway channels, or Indonesia bank transfer. Pay the services after you got confirmation from our theraphist.



How do I cancellation & refund?

You can cancel an appointment from your account appointment list. All cancellations should follow each venue policy as shown in the venue page and booking popup.



Who can give a massage from Masto therapist partners?

Our service is an exclusively same-gender massage service experience.



What is Masto therapist provided?

Matters and oils will be provided by theraphist property but feel free to use your own if you wish to do so.



How many hours our therapist can offering the order?

For the security to our theraphist our orders system can be working from 07.00 WIB – 21.00 WIB.

We work closely with luxury reward programmes, concierge services and exclusive partners and brand to add value and diversity to our partner's existing offering.



Who can list their spa?

Almost every spa owner and beauty parlor owner can list their business. You are required to give us a low rate for your spa packages/services.



How do I sign up as a partner and list my spa?

To sign up and to list your spa is very easy. Simply click sign-up and fill up the partner form via website.



How many spa service / treatments can I add?

You can add as many spa services / treatment as needed. However, we recommend that you write a good, short explaination of your treatment/service.



How do I check the reservation?

You can login to your dashboard. Under the "My Reservation" link, you will find your reservation detail.



How do I know if there is a new reservation?

Once there is a new reservation, our system will automatically send an email and a notification to your inbox.



When will I receive the payment?

We will send the payment to your bank account in 3 - 5 business day after the treatment



What are the cancellation policies that I can choose for my listing?

A minimum of 24 hour- notice for cancellations or change of appointment is required to avoid being charged in full for any scheduled appointment, program, or service which is not attended.
